SolMemeHub is built on a fundamental principle: you are in control of your assets, your wallet, and your data at all times.
We do not store your wallet address on our servers, collect, retain, or sell personal information, require account creation or email registration, track your identity across sessions, store your transaction history, or have access to your private keys at any time.
We are a read-only intelligence and discovery platform. When you connect your wallet, you are connecting directly to the Solana blockchain through your own wallet provider such as Phantom, Solflare, or Backpack. We never take custody of your assets, and we never have the ability to initiate transactions on your behalf without your explicit approval through your own wallet.
We want to be explicit. SolMemeHub does not collect, store, or process personal identification information such as your name, email address, phone number, or government ID. We do not collect financial information including bank account details, credit card numbers, or payment information. We have zero access to wallet private keys or seed phrases at any time. We do not log, store, or analyse your individual transactions. We do not request or store your geographic location, biometric data, or any health or sensitive personal data.
When you use SolMemeHub, certain technical information may be processed temporarily in order to deliver the service.
If you connect your wallet, your public wallet address is used solely to display your portfolio data and PnL information within your session. This is your publicly visible blockchain address and is not stored by us beyond your active session. We read publicly available blockchain data from the Solana network to power our analytics, and this data is already public by nature of the blockchain. We may collect anonymous, aggregated data about how features are used, for example which pages are visited most, purely to improve the platform. This data cannot identify you individually. Our hosting infrastructure, Cloudflare, may temporarily log standard server access information such as IP addresses and browser type for security and performance purposes, and this is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
SolMemeHub aggregates and displays publicly available Solana blockchain data including token prices, trading volumes, wallet PnL rankings, and KOL (Key Opinion Leader) wallet performance. All of this data is already publicly visible on the Solana blockchain, not personally identifiable beyond what the blockchain itself makes public, sourced from third-party data providers including Solana Tracker, Birdeye, Helius, and others, and used solely to provide market intelligence and discovery tools. We do not enrich, sell, or share this data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
SolMemeHub integrates with third-party services to deliver its functionality. These include Solana Tracker, Birdeye, Helius, and Alchemy for on-chain data and analytics, Jupiter and OKX DEX for trade execution where you interact with these directly through your wallet, Cloudflare for hosting, CDN, and security, and DexScreener, GeckoTerminal, GMGN, and RSS news publishers for market data and news.
Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies. When you execute a trade, you are interacting directly with Jupiter or OKX DEX. SolMemeHub facilitates the interface but does not control or have access to the transaction beyond what is visible on the public blockchain. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services.
SolMemeHub may use minimal browser local storage to remember your preferences such as dark or light theme selection. We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. Any data stored locally in your browser remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
You are fully in control of your experience on SolMemeHub. You can connect and disconnect your wallet at any time, and we have no persistent record of your connection. Since we do not store personal data, there is nothing to delete and your session ends when you leave the site. You can use SolMemeHub without connecting a wallet, as all market data, token discovery, KOL analytics, and news features are fully accessible without identifying yourself in any way. Data that exists on the public Solana blockchain is outside our control. If your wallet address is publicly visible on-chain, that is a property of the blockchain itself and not something SolMemeHub can change or remove.
We take reasonable technical measures to protect the integrity of our platform. All traffic is served over HTTPS. API keys and sensitive credentials are stored as encrypted server-side secrets and never exposed client-side. We maintain no user databases, which means there is no user data breach risk. Cloudflare protection guards against DDoS and malicious traffic at all times.
However, no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute security. We encourage you to practice good security hygiene and never share your seed phrase with anyone, including us.
SolMemeHub is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our platform, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as our platform evolves. When we make changes, we will update this page accordingly. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of SolMemeHub after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
